This is the recipe to go to for fluffy pancakes. The sugar amount is just right. Other recipes lack sweetness. I followed the recipe but I also added 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla to give it a nice touch of extra flavor. In addition to the chocolate chip pancake mix I made blueberry pancakes using fresh berries sans the chocolate chips. You can substitute the chocolate chips with any other flavor chips or berries or just leave it plain and the mix will still be great. This recipe without any fillings makes a great classic pancake and after tasting you'll never buy a boxed mix again. They make a great breakfast along with a nice cup of coffee. Try it and you'll be delighted. Thumbs up for Paula!

I had an unexpected day off work and thought, "Who makes a killer breakfast? I bet Paula does!" And she didn't let me down! It took me about a half hour, the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The cinnamon cream cut the richness of the chocolate chips for a really smooth finish. Also, I don't have a mixer so I used my food processor and it still tasted great.

This recipe turned out great! I made breakfast for my friends and they went nuts for the whipped cream on top ! i added cinnamon to the pancake batter to tie it in a little better with the whipped cream, and also put chocolate drizzle on top of the pancakes when i served them. Amazing (:

Taste great! I made them without the trimmings; just plain and no syrup. I ate them just like that. Next time I will try them with all the cinnamon and such. My kids like them too (they had syrup.

Incredible! Light and fluffy! Delicious! The only pancake recipe I will use from now on. You don't even need maple syrup with the cinnamon whipped cream. It was perfect!
