Incredible. Followed the recipe except for the chocolate chips since the hubby prefers them without. The center is light and fluffy and the edges get a little crunch to them, just make sure you have sufficient butter or else you don't get the crisp. The cinnamon cream is amazing, I could eat spoonfuls of that.

These pancakes turned out super tasty! In fact, they almost didn't need any syrup. But I did end up pouring real maple syrup on top, and they were divine. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were everything a pancake should be. I didn't make the cinnamon cream, but I'm sure that would have only added to the deliciousness.
Instead of mixing the chocolate chips in the bowl, I sprinkled a few on top of the batter after I poured it on the skillet. If you do it this way, you can make some with chocolate and some without.

These came out great! Super fluffy and it came together pretty fast. Very sweet, so you need some ham or bacon to go with it. My kids really loved these pancakes.
