Amazing!!!! I actually made these with cut up bacon instead of chocolate chips. I made this for a few friends and they all asked for the recipe. My husband isn't a huge fan of pancakes but he said these were the best pancakes he's ever had!

Awesome recipe!! These pancakes are so yummy... I just made these for breakfast for myself and my fiancée.. I am not a very good cook, I usually end up screwing up even the simplest recipes, but these came out perfect, this will definitely be my go to recipe for pancakes from now on. Thanks Paula!

These pancakes are delicious!! We just made them for breakfast and the kids ate them UP!! I made a double batch (we are a family of 5 and we do have some leftover for the rest of the week. We have also tried Alton Brown's "Instant" pancake mix recipe which is similar - you don't beat the egg whites for his, and I think that makes these slightly better! : Thanks, Paula!

These were the best pancakes that I have ever made or tasted! My family really enjoyed them and told me how wonderful they were! I wasn't able to make the cinnamon since I was out of heavy cream but I made the pancakes to the exact recipe. They were light, fluffy, and sooo good! Usually I have problems with making pancakes because the center doesn't cook since batter is too thick. I didn't have any problems. These are going to be my pancake recipe from now on! Try it for yourself!

I just had my wisdom teeth removed so I was really craving some legit solid food. My surgeon said pancakes were definately something to try and I saw Paula make these and thought why not. I couldn't chew chocolate chips so i opted for some vanilla extract instead. "It's so FLUFFY!" I hardly had to chew which was great. Maybe it was the hunger talking but it was one of the best pancake recipes I've tried. Definately my new go to quick fix breakfast.

REAALLLYYY good! The egg whites really add a lot of lightness and fluffiness. I will make this my standard pancake mix...I'll be omitting the chocolate chips though. They made it a little to rich and sweet for me, (it's what I was in the mood for though so it definitely satisfied my craving. Definitely recommend!

i have always used boxes to make pancakes but ever since i tried this, it will be my official recipe whenever i crave it. the ingrediant that made this my favorite was the whipped egg whites because it made the whole batter light and fluffy. some changes i made was that i sifted the dry ingrediants to garanty that there would be no clumps. also i did not have any chocollate chips in my pantry so i used fresh blue berries and it came out great! thank you so much paula for giving me this tasty recipe =
