This is fantastic! I've made bread and muffins. My only change was that I used white chocolate chips because I had those instead.

I love zucchini bread so of course I jumped at the chance to try Paula's recipe and it was great. It's a nice treat to have when you don't want anything too heavy or super sweet.

This zucchini bread was very good, a little bit too sweet for my tastes I think that next time I will use less sugar. I was so happy to see a recipe for zucchini bread on Paula's show, since I had some in the freezer I wanted to use up.
