Pretty good, a little too much nutmeg for me. I also swapped applesauce for the oil.

I have made Paula Deens Zucchini Bread for years and it has always been perfect and my family loves it. My grand daughter came over and wanted to try the chocolate chip version, well needless to say everyone in the family loved it even more then the original. Now it is the only receipe my grand daughter wants to use for the zucchini she has grown this summer. Anything that makes my grand daughter happy thrills me.

I made this bread a few days ago and loved it!! No flattening of my loaves!! They were beautiful!!! Taking a loaf I froze( so we wouldn't eat it To our family reunion Sunday!! I did cut the oil back to a little over 3/4 cup and not the whole amount due to I ran out!! Will definitely make this again!!!

My husband and I love this bread. I make it every year now when my garden produces great zucchini. I freeze extra's and pull out in winter for a special treat. love this one!

My husband loved this bread. I gave the extra loaf to a neighbor and they devoured it as well! Definitely a keeper and perfect for using up the garden zucchini

I absolutely love this bread! The zucchini and zest makes it so refreshing. I can have it for breakfast with a cold glass of milk and for dessert with a scoop (or two of vanilla ice cream. If I can make a recommendation make 4 loaves instead of 2, you'll go through this bread quick :
