YUm! I made this recipe and left the choco chips out, when I split the recipe I then added the chips to one of the loaves and made the other just nuts. This is a great recipe. The spices are right on track and this is super easy to make. I had a slight issue with the loaf sticking to the bottom of the pan even though I greased as stated , still working that kink out. but its still good!

Very yummy...and so easy!! Ive made it twice already this month. I chose not to use nuts, and I added a little extra cinnamon and nutmeg for extra spice. I will be saving this recipe!

This zucchini bread was moist and delicious. I made them both as muffins and mini-muffins, all of which turned out wonderfully! Based on previous reviews, I added the chocolate chips in with the dry ingredients (coating them in the flour mixture, and they did not sink at all!!! I also swapped out 2/3 of the AP flour for white whole wheat. I will absolutely make this again!

Fabulous recipe!!! I ate the who doggone thing by myself! For those of you whose chocolate chips sank to the bottom, dust the chips in flour so they stay suspended.

I have made this recipe dozens of times and I found it to be the perfect recipe for zucchini bread. I make this all year long and give it as gifts to friends and family. I have tried this recipe using less oil, low calorie sweetners and whole wheat pastry flour and it still is the best. After I grate the zucchini I do squeeze out some of the moisture, use mini chips and toasted walnuts. Moist and delicious.
