Ingredients
- 4 cups (8-ounces) shredded cabbage* or prepared coleslaw mix
- 4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/4 cup prepared coleslaw dressing
Directions
*Cook's Note: If preparing cabbage, three suggested cabbage types are: napa, savoy and red.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.

This was very good, but I added some broccoli florets chopped in with it, and couldn't believe how many people remarked about that. It made it look more 'homemade'. I used a store bought cold coleslaw dressing, and that was very good also. Actually check your prices, the cold was cheaper than the normal brands on the shelf with the other salad dressings.

This was so easy to make. We really enjoyed it. Instead of using a prepared coleslaw dressing from a jar, I chose to use my own I make. Flavors all went well together. Thanks Paula!
