This recipe is as simple as apple pie. For those of you who obviously have a problem reading this recipe. It is clear as day. Take your time and read it carefully and you will see that it tells you when to put in the vegetable mixture (which is after the cheese mixture da! Thank you Paula for your wonderful hard work and for sharing the love you have for cooking with everyone.

The absolute best vegetable lasagna I have ever tasted.
I got a 5 year old and 8 year old to eat vegetables and loved it
and asked for more. Thanks Paula!!. The only variation was I
don't like mushrooms. So I used spinach my favorite vegtable. For the
sauce I brought the tomatoes in the can but the one that had garlic and basil
already added, and wait I used wheat lasagna noodles and it still was delicious.!!If If you are hesitate about trying this recipe trust me you will not be disappoint. You'll probably say "Oh my I did not know that yellow squash could taste this good" lol

My family and friends absolutely loved this recipe. It will definitely become a staple in my meal planning. I made a slight variation and added a can of drained Rotel tomatoes to the sauce for that extra "kick", and used dried basil in lieu of the fresh basil. Wonderful......

Oh my goodness....YES, GOODNESS!!! This recipe is the best. I converted it to my Weight Watchers Recipe Builder and it came out to 6 points per serving. The cottage cheese I used was the Knudsen LivActiv one, so that helped out there.

Thank you, Paula, for this wonderful addition to my recipe box!!! Even my husband loved it and he thinks that vegetables SHOULDN'T BE in the food pyramid. My kids devoured it.

    Yummy!!!!

I made this for my family for dinner, and they all over-ate, it was so good. The only modifications I made were I added extra mushrooms, and I mixed the boiled vegetables with a 26-ounce can of tomato sauce (i tried 8-ounces before and it really just wasn't enough. Also, I added a litlle extra cheese. To make the dinner complete I served a side of fresh honeydew, some garlic bread, and from Giada-her blasamic ciabatta bread. Last, I made some lemon curd cookies for dessert. Very delicious!

Love it! My daughter is a vegetarian and it is so hard to find dishes that everyone loves. The leftovers are as good as the first day.

I used a foil pan for extra easy clean up. This recipe was delicious. I have two young children and they loved it too!!! I have never thought to use cream cheese before and I will be using it from now on. It makes the dish have a smooth consistency which is very pleasing. It is so nice to see Paula make a dish that is light and full of flavor. Thanks for another wonderful recipe Paula!!

This is the best lasagna dish I'e ever had!! My husband & I aren't big fans of ricotta cheese, but LOVE cream cheese. This recipe worked out perfect for us! I love being able to use all of our garden veggies to compose a feel-good comfort meal. I plan to make this for our entire extended family at our son's birthday party.

This is one of the best lasagna recipes I've ever had. I sauteed the veggies in a little olive oil while the sauce cooked and then combined the two. Came out absolutely wonderful.

Just made this lasagna. I think it will freeze well. I like to make recipes and freeze for later. To cut down on time I will next time use my favorite marinara sauce to mix with the veggies. Great way to cook the tons of vegetables coming out of the garden this summer
