I only made the dressing (I was making it for an heirloom tomato salad and I didn't have walnut oil. It was still delicious! Very fresh tasting. This will be a new go-to. Thanks so much for sharing.

I've made this dressing but I used honey mustard instead of Dijon.Dijon is a little too heavy on the horseradish for me.I also add walnuts to this salad.

This is our our favorite dressing. It keeps well and does not separate (if any is left. I prefer peanut oil to the walnut oil, however, and use a white whipped honey which makes it light and creamy.

This salad is very easy to prepare and is a delicious variation. I used Feta
cheese and I liked the "bite" it gave with the sweetness of the dried cranberries
and the sweet mango. I also toasted walnuts and crumbled them on top of the salad. It tastes great and is a colorful. I used walnut oil for the dressing. It is pricey, but worth it. There was plenty of dressing for a couple of large salads. Highly recommended.

I also used olive oil instead of walnut oil because I didn't have any on hand and don't use it for anything else. I threw in a handful of walnuts in the blender and it gave it a nice texture. If I'd had more walnuts, I would have put some pieces in the mixed greens as well.
Feta cheese and mangos were great. We ate this as a side dish to Paula's salmon from the same episode.

This is such a tasty salad. I had walnut oil left over from another recipe and it is divine in this. I just realized that I put the wrong amount of Dijon in (I only used 1/4 tsp- I think I read it wrong! but it still came out great. Makes a TON of dressing- I only used 1/2 in the salad. Naturally, leftover salad is wilted so next time I wil keep ingredients separate if I know I will have leftovers. This is perfect for company.

I served this last night at a dinner party and everybody raved about and almost
everyone went back for seconds. It was the hit of the party and I forgot to add
the mangos. Excellent recipe that I will share at the request of all of my dinner
guests. The walnut oil makes the recipes don't substitute with other oil, although
    a little pricy.

I did not have walnut oil so i used olive oil instead. I thought the dressing was very good. i poured it over a regular green salad with vegetables and craisins. Quite tasty! I would make it again.

The salad was good, but the dressing, it was just...weird. This is the first food network recipe I won't be making again.
