I made this recipe last night along with Paula's grilled potatoes and it turned out great. The barbecue sauce is wonderful! We normally go for spicier sauces but this had great flavor. Looking forward to the leftovers tonight.
Thank you Neely's!

The pork chops are pretty good. I used thick pork chops the 1 inch ones. I think I would rather use pork chops not so large because I don't like to eat too much unhealthy food. Other than that, the pork chops were better than I thought it would be. I liked this one a lot more than her "get yo man chicken." Thanks Neely !

Sauce was ok--i think there was too much paprika in the rub--will not make this again.

This bbq sauce is so flavorful. I will use this for all bbq'd meats! The rub was good but too much paprika. Next time, I will lighten up on it a bit. However, even with the paprika-heavy rub, the result was just so yummy. I did add a bit of salt in the rub and I added more than just one teaspoon of corn syrup in the sauce (more like two tablespoons. Also, don't use thin cut chops for this recipe. It's better with a thicker cut with some fat.

I used boneless pork chops and baked them in the oven 375 degrees for about 35-40 minutes(they were thick chops. Got rave reviews at this household!
