I love this chicken! One of my favorite meals. I've cooked the chicken in the oven and grill- delicious either way!

This was really easy to make and all my guest loved it. I used chicken thighs and added some creole seasoning to the marinade. Delish!

The flavors of this recipe were over-powering and gross.

I only cook for 3 people now so I had to alter this recipe a bit. I also used boneless/skinless chicken breasts & grilled instead of baking them but this was just a tremendous recipe and all of us just loved it!!! We didn't have any habeneros available at the store so we used jalapenos but super - super recipe.
Will definetly be enjoying this recipe time and time again! Thanks again, Paula!!!

I used only wings, baked at 365 for about 30 min then on broil for about 10 min on each side---watch it---and instead of brown sugar I spinkled on some Splenda just before I put the wings into the oven. Absolutley delicious.

So I made this recipe just as it was written my family liked it however I believe recipes are like painting with numbers, great guideline but no need to ALWAYS follow it exactly. The next time I make this I will use 1/2 cup lime juice and 1/2 cup of orange juice. I will also sprinkle the chicken breasts (I use boneless skinless with garlic powder and salt just before grilling. All in all this was a good recipe thanks Paula Deen!
