I really enjoyed this recipe. My kids loved it as well. I did remove all the skin from my chicken pieces. I added an extra teaspoon of salt and used 3 T. brown sugar, then I let the chicken marinade in a ziploc with the marinade for 2 days refrigerated. When Paula made it on the show, she poured all the glaze in the baking dish, which I did as well. The chicken was extremely moist, tender and was delicious with rice. Will make this again......

Let the chicken and spices set overnight, but the flavor wasn't there. Was there something missing? Kick? Didn't get one.

Very bland, the flavor wasn't spicy or jerk like, just bland bland chicken!

I made this and had to throw it out. My family tried to eat it but they could not stomach it. We are not big on citrus anyway but this was way too much. I also used serrano peppers instead of habanaro. They were plenty hot. This was not a favortite for me.

Made the recipe as stated. Baked half in the oven - half on the grill. Grilling makes it a five star. The flavors and texture of the chicken were enhanced immensely! Will definitely make (grill this again!

My husband cooks for me once a year and this is what he decided to make. What a shame because this chicken was not so good. It was very bland. I wouldnt call it jerk chicken. It needs alot of jazzing up.

Saw the show Saturday and made the dish Sunday. Flavor is great! Only issue- my chicken didn't brown like Paula's. Next time I will try baking it on a sheet pan and carmelizing the onions beforehand. This one's a keeper.
