Loved the taste and the fact that it was easy and not too sweet. Kind of expensive to make, but occasionally worth it. I made it for a patriotic themed meeting and made one layer blueberry and one layer cherry to get the red, white and blue effect.

I searched and searched the intenet before I found this substitute for a traditional tiramisu. It's absolutely delicious and better the second day. Very different. I zest a lime over the top layer --not only does it look good but those little flecks of lime come through and add a lot of flavor.

I handed a piece of this delicious looking cake to my boyfriend, he said "this is just gross", and hands it back to me. I had to agree with him. I made my own blueberry topping, but everything else was to the tee. The lady fingers weren't really cookies, but more like spongy, sticky mini-cakes. The lime concentrate was way too.. fake tasting and that paired with the odd cake flavor just wasn't good. I LOVE regular tiramisu and was excited to mix it up, but this didn't do it.

Fantastic!! I made my own blueberry filling as recommended and then did half marscapone and half light cream cheese and folded in some light cool whip. It was less expensive, and a bit lower in calories. Also, instead of using limeade, I took the juice of a fresh lemon and some of it's zest and added some honey and brushed that onto the lady fingers. Lemon goes so well with blueberries. Get them while in season and support local growers in your area if possible! YUM!!!!

This recipe looks and sounds fantastic! For those of you who substituted Cream Cheese for the Maskarpone, how much did you use???

for the lady in Texas that had a hard time finding the lady fingers... I found them at Walmart but they are not in the usual place... Look for them in the bread isle
