First time making a lobster roll, but I tried this because it seemed simple. I liked it. It was tasty; the lemon was not overwhelming, and I added some minced chives, then put pepper, old bay and seasoned salt on the mixture to add a bit more flavor. I will definitely make this again.

Great easy summer recipe. Especially when lobster is in season and so reasonable (we are paying $4.99/lb right now. I left most of the lemon out because I wanted to savor the lobster taste and the toasted roll was the best.

I didn't care for it at all, but I am giving it 3 stars because my husband said it was good, but not great. All I tasted was mayo and lemon, so I couldn't finish mine. I wish I had just eaten the lobster with a little butter. I didn't make my own mayo, I used Hellman's.... maybe that was the problem?

What a fabulous treat for a summer meal. I've made these at least 6 times now and my wife, who recently spent 10 days in Maine said these are much better than any she found there. WOW! Thanks Deen guys.

Yum. Add some chunks of fresh crab meat, a little sugar, and some diced red onions on toasted buttered buns. Delicious.

This lobster roll recipe is the best. I tweeked it a bit because lobster is pricey in MS. I added some steam seasoned shrimp to the recipe to stretch it. I bought the already steamed and seasoned shrimp and lobster from Kroger.Everyone in my family love it. I will add dill instead of the parsley the next time I make it.
