Thank you so much for this recipe. My husband loves cheesecake and peaches. I did use Splenda for baking and again you could not tell the difference. Next time I think I will try makeing our own peach jam(with Splenda. Thanks again. Lisa Harrison

It's very easy but makes an elegant dessert. I found I needed more that 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs - abut 1 3/4 cup to cover my springform pan. Other than that, it was delicious. I made it for Father's day and it was a show stopper.

I just want to say that I tried this recipe one time and I don't want to try anyone elses recipe for cheesecake. My family loves it, thanks Paula.

if you thought cheesecake was great, this recipe is even better. easy to follow directions with simple ingredients. this will definitely get you a "blue ribbon" ;
