My husband HATES tomatoes and onions, but he enthusiastically ate this dish and practically wrestled me for the leftovers the next day! The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned and very easy to prepare...A+

Very good! My boyfriend and I especially loved the couscous. Could be a base for so many other meals.

My family couldn't believe how well the ingredients blended together. So simple, and just delicious. Bet it would be great with some pasta or rice too. Very tender salmon too. Thanks for sharing.

My husband is a meat and potatoes man. When I mentioned I thought we should try Salmon over couscous, he didn't even know what it was. It was an easy recipe to prepare and my husband really liked it. He said the feta cheese made the meal.

With a 3 month old baby, I'm always looking for quick meals. This one was quick, but didn't taste like it. Very easy and very delicious!

This was a no brainer. It turned out fantastic. Sorry Paula, I forgot the butter on the salmon but, it was still great. I did not have an onion or feta for the couscous, but I substituded some fresh chives and some fresh grated asiago and it tasted great with some home-grown roma tomatoes.
