The salmon was very good and easy . The couscous was great. I sprinkled just a few drops of franks hot sauce on mine which just added a little "sizzle " to it. Will fix it again. My husband loved it.

I was hoping this recipe would have tasted a little bit better because its such a healthy dish. It just didn't have enough flavor for me. If you make this dish you may want to add your favorite spices to jazz it up. Sorry Bobby!

Because I missed seeing the preparation of the fish on the show, I had to do some guesswork about placing each piece of fish in foil. However, the end result and couscous made up for my frustration with the missing directions. My 19-month-old grandson couldn't get enough of the couscous, so overall, this is a 4-star plus recipe!

This was super easy and so delicious!!! I used whole wheat couscous and added some lime juice to it along with the other ingredients. I also grilled my salmon in foil. It was fabulous!!! Great job Bobby!!!

This had all the qualities of a great meal at home: delicious, healthy, easy, and really fast to prepare! It takes longer to preheat the oven than it does to prepare the salmon. Once you've got it in the oven, you've got more than enough time to prepare your couscous and a veggie. But that's all beside the point, this tasted fantastic! Way to go Bobby!

I tried this with halibut and it was delicious! My husband was impressed. I will serve this to friends for a dinner party; it was that good. Paula you've done good - Bobby knows how to cook! Now, if he could just teach my husband...hmmm! Thanks for the great dinner recipe; it's a keeper!

This was a wonderful recipe. My husband is diabetic and I must find food that is well prepared and healthy for him as well as myself since we are 75 and 80. Thanks for this wonderful way to get good food from the TV shows on the internet

I ma a big Paula Deen fan. I didn;t think this recipe would be so good because it is so healthy... boy was I wrong. It is so good and easy. I never cook fish b/c a it smells the house up b I'm afraid of overcooking it. But thsi recipe is great - 20 minutes made 3 fillets perfect & the tinfoil stopped the hose from stinking!

Good job Bobby!! Salmon is our favorite, now we have another wonderful, quick and easy dish. The combination of flavors was perfect along with the texture of the couscous and the salmon was so tender. This whole episode had recipes I wanted to try and we really enjoyed them all. Don't think I could have chosen only one as the winner.
