    This was so easy and delicious! I added capers to the couscous and served it with a mesclun green salad. Great for a simple work night dinner.

    So, this was really delicious, and granted it is a great meal for only one person, but I have to say, I felt bad for Bobby while watching the episode since I think he mentioned being alone 3 or 4 times, which is odd because I can't imagine any guy who can cook and seems pretty normal not being taken. But, the dish was great(and healthy especially for a hot summer evening.
