I dont think I will make this dish again. My first mistakes was that I didnt use fresh salmon I used frozen and I could tell the difference. The reason I wont make it again is because the salmon really doesnt have that much flavor. I have made better salmon before.

A great light and yummy meal. The salmon was nothing out of the ordinary... however it went perfectly with the couscous (which was my favorite part.

After reading all of the reviews I was excited to make this super easy dish...I was a little disappointed in the lack of flavor/seasoning. If I make it again I will kick it up a notch or two!! However, I did enjoy how easy the receipe was!!

Made this a few times now and every time it is wonderful! My mother doesn't enjoy couscous so I made her's with rice pilaf and just topped her salmon with more feta, tomatoes, and scallions. She LOVED it! I had it with the couscous and also loved it! It's a nice and light way to prepare salmon.

We made this with some neighbor friends. It turned out wonderful! It calls for a bit too much house seasoning but the lime was a great touch! The couscous I modified. Couldn't find couscous so I replaced it with Barilla's Pastina (very small stars pasta. This stuff was heavenly! I'll be making it over and over.

We bought fresh salmon to use. I believe it was called sock-eyed salmon. I think the fresher the better. 2nd the house recipe asks you to use 1/2 cup of garlic powder...not sure if this is a misprint or what but anyways I used fresh garlic or the minced is fine and spread over the salmon w/ lime, Also, wayyyy too much salt/pepper in the recipe. Definitely DO NOT need as much as it calls for. Enought to Sprinkle not completely coat. The couscous was great. We bought the parmesan kind and mixed in fresh basil with the tomato and feta. Excellent and will make over and over again!!!!

I really fell in love with the couscous. It's so simple and delicious. I couldn't wait for lunch to eat it again!

The salmon really wasn't amazing. It was good, yes, but not something people will walk saying, "Wow...what's the recipe?"

I love both salmon and couscous but my husband . . . . not so much on either count. When I read this recipe I thought I'd give it a try because he likes feta cheese and he likes tomatoes. I tossed it together this evening for dinner and he actually had seconds on both things. I added diced zucchini to the couscous in addition to the other ingredients. This one's a keeper!!
