    this recipe is so easy and so delicious! my boyfriend and i love it! the couscous is so moist and flavorful. i usually add sun dried tomato and herb feta cheese to it. i've never been big on salmon, but this recipe has opened my eyes to the true flavor of the fish. it's not coated in a heavy sauce or undercooked, it's just light and perfect.

    This was wonderful. I am a newlywed cook who usually stays away from fish because I am intimidated by how to cook it. However, this recipe was very tasty and easy to prepare. My husband even loved it, and he is not a fish eater. This is going into my laminated recipe box!

    I have made this dish many times now. It has become my families favorite way to eat salmon. the couscous is even better cold for lunch the next day.
