    I love simple recipes with lots of flavor and this hit the spot. Great way to stay on track as well. I make this on an almost weekly basis and do this with Tuna as well and it is amazing. Thanks for a tasty dish that takes no time to make.

    I don't know what else to say about this dish. This is an awesome light meal. Even my teenager loved it. I will definately find myself making this over and over.

    I love Salmon but my husband has never been a big fan of it. This recipe changed his mind! My kids also learned to love Salmon with the help of this recipe. It is truly so easy to make...I now make this recipe or variations of this recipe at least twice a month.

    I bake the salmon on a bed of rock salt because my experience is it comes out much more moist (and keeps the house from smelling like fish but the couscous delicious. Don't let the short list of ingredients fool you-- it tastes great!

    This meal was so quick and easy. My family couldn't belive how quickly I had dinner ready. There was very little prep work for such a good meal. I will definatly make this meal again and again.
