For the easy cheat with the frozen meatballs, I thought these were great. Awesome for tailgating or a potluck.

Not at all what i expected.... entirely too much garlic and green onion..... was too pungent once it baked and all the flavors melded. id make changes jn the amount of garlic, green onion, and mustard used. sweet and sour should still be sweet. this recipe really stresses sour and too much garlic and onion. otherwise they're just OK.

I also cut the amount of sauce in half and I cut out all the pepper. They were great. The sauce is also good on chicken wings.

I fixed these yesterday for a cocktail party we had last night. These were a huge success...delicious!!! I cut the recipe for the sauce in half and that provided plenty of sauce for approx 2lbs of meatballs. I also did not add as much pepper as the recipe called for. I like things a little spicy, so I added about 3tsp of minced jalapenos (although that amount did not make it spicy...no one even noticed. We also were not going to be home all afternoon, so I simply mixed up all the ingredients and through them in the crock pot and set it on low. When we returned home about 6 hours later, the aroma was incredible...and so were the meatballs! Absolutely marvelous! I will be making these again!

These meatballs turned out very good. Funny, I overlooked the 2 Tablespoons of pepper and never missed it! Its alot of sauce for 1lb. so I used 2lbs. and next time will try them in the crockpot. Very easy.
