    These Empanadas were a BIG hit with all our firends who came over for a mexican fiesta night! Easy to do ahead and they have a nice spicy kick! Easy to do and you look like a shining star to all your friends who think you slaved over them forever!

    These were as good as anything I have eaten! I loved Paula's suggestion of having them in the freezer to eat anytime. Were there pictures of the party? Where can I find out more about this caterer?

    Simple which is good for me and great! I made them bigger than appetizer size. Weird the chef/caterer wasn't on the show with Paula. They could have told us inside stories from the party.

    Paula, these empanadas were wonderful! I saw you show this morning and decided to make them this afternoon. I used taco seasoning in mine, so there was more of a Mexican flair. We had them with chicken tortilla soup. My kids loved them and wanted me to make more. Thanks again for a great recipe.
