If you want people to think you are an awesome cook then make these. Everybody loved them.

My sister made these for a family gathering and everyone raved about them. I took home leftovers and enjoyed them again the next day. They are sweeter than what I'm used to because of the pineapple, but the crispy onions and the bacon balance that out.

This was a great dish. Made it for a large group of guys and they absolutely loved it. I did only use half the pineapple because I was concerned it would be too sweet since it also had molasses. I also added more bacon and used peppered bacon which helped give it some spice. I will definitely be making this all summer!

These baked beans were great. I made them at the fire station for the superbowl and everyone loved them. I did have a couple changes though. Two of the wives are vegetarians so I substituted vegetarian baked beans for the pork & beans. Then divided the recipe into two batches only putting bacon in one of them. Also I didn't have molasses so I used brown sugar instead. Not too sweet at all. Everyone ate them up. Even the kids. I'm definately going to make them again. Try it!

This recipe was way too sweet for me. I think it was the pineapple.
