i made these yesterday & everyone loved them! my husband has never liked baked beans & he had three helpings! i added one large can of bush's baked beans with onions & one original, just what i had on hand. i also used yellow mustard. i used one large can of onions & one small one, not crushed. some stirred in & some on top. i was in a hurry so i didn't cook it an hour, just until bubbly & brown on top--it was just right. the pineapple is a great addition!! its a keeper!!

Fed this complete menu to a group yesterday and TWO people who do not like baked beans loved these! There was a tiny bit left and one of them asked me for them. LOL

These baked beans were awesome! I've made them twice now and both times I got so many compliments! The first time I made them, they were on the sweet side for my taste, so I only used 1/2 cup of molassas the second time and they were perfect! I also made them in the crock pot rather than baking them the second time because of convenience and they turned out great.

As a person who normally does NOT like baked beans, this recipe is awesome. I made it for a family gathering of people who DO like pork and beans and they raved about it SO much I had to get spoon out to see what all the fuss was about. I am now a converted baked bean eater. LOL

I made these for the first time for my dad's retirement party. Everyone was commenting on how delicious they were and wanted the recipe. They were so delicious and very easy to make.

Forgot to add the 4th can of beans but was still soooo good. I used pork and beans just like Paula did.

I took this to a picnic and received rave reviews from everyone especially the men.
Instead of regular baked beans, I used Bush's BBQ beans since I didn't have BBQ sauce.
