I don't know how this would be - I can't picture eating it with donuts as buns, yuck (I wouldn't have a problem eating the donuts, but not as buns on a burger, and otherwise I think it could be tasty, maybe after a 50-mile bike ride, perhaps. But my comment is more a problem with Food TV's recipe search function. I searched for "english muffins", and this is one of the first things that came up, and english muffins are OPTIONAL. That just doesn't even make sense! So I'm hoping some Food TV webmaster-type-person will read this and think about it...

In the past I have watched Paula's show because I got a kick out of her and until now felt she genuinely cared about her public. However, when I caught this episode I was horrified. Paula has a HUGE following and the message she is putting out there, not only to adults, but to our youth is truly irresponsible and harmful. She is basically sanctioning the 'anything goes' philosophy regardless of how adversely it may affect our lives. I will never watch her again.

This burger was not the greatest with the donuts...put I am pregnant so I decided to give it a shot!! I have made a lot of Paula's recipes and this has been the first that has been not so good. With the donuts this is not for everyone...but on a bun you need to give it a shot!!! Paula is the best!!!!

It is no wonder the U.S.A. is the most obese and unhealthy nation in the world. If this recipe was meant to be a joke, it is NOT. The whole concept is irresponsible and disgusting. EMS should be on standyby to transport luncheon guests to the ER after eating this hamburger.

I have never in all my life came so close to puking while watching daytime tv. I don't know which was worse, the recipe or watching her shove half of it in her mouth in 1 bite. No New Years diet resolutions for Paula (again!!! She is barely talented and very pathetic.

Great hamburger recipe for regular bun. Sausage better when making this with doughnuts. Another of her recipes which to us is even better is to make your regular hamburger and regular bun (both grilled is always better top with a slice of cheese (while still on grill to melt add a fried egg and grilled onions!

I ate two and developed chest pain. I thought my angina was kicking up and had my husband take to the ER. The doc told me it was just GERD so I came home and ate another. It was worth the hospital trip, these are so delicious.

I cut the donut in half and placed a sausage patty instead of the burger. Was a great treat for my kids and even with a cup of milk and a serving of fruit was still in my juv. diabetic son's carb allotment. Sometimes you need a change!

Paula Deen was a stick of butter for Halloween. That's all that needs to be said.
