    Paula outdid herself with this one.
    The first cheesecake went so fast,
    I had to make another one.
    We were watching the Spurs Vs. the Hornets and the Guys at the party
    ate more than the Gals.

    Also - I remember the graham cracker crumbs only being on the BOTTOM of the springform pan - not the sides. I know I remember the chocolate running down the sides of the cheesecake and there weren't any graham cracker crumbs. Plus, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs wouldn't be enough for the bottom AND the sides! Wow - they really need to proofread these recipes, don't they?!

    I emailed the network to say that they need to change the amount of cream cheese. Let's see if they fix it. If you all email them when you see mistakes maybe they will take the time to proofread the recipes before we all make them. If you want to email them just go to Paula's site on the Food Network and find the section that says: Paula's Home Cooking Feedback. Click that link and it will open an email for you to send your thoughts.

    I just finished watching Paula and Jamie make this cheesecake and the other viewer is correct, she did use 3 blocks of cream cheese. It seemed easy enough & I will try making it in the future, but I will make it the way Paula did with 3 blocks.

    The recipe should read
    3 8oz. cream cheese.
    Not a rating this because I did not make it. Just correcting the am't of cream cheese.

    I hate to rate a recipe that I haven't made yet but I thought I should alert someone before they attempt to make this. I watched Paula's show Saturday and I could swear she used (3 8 oz packages of cream cheese. I could be wrong but I don't see how you can make a NY cheesecake with just 1&1/2 pkgs of cream cheese like it says on this website. On every recipe I have seen it takes much much more. I just love our Paula but someone needs to check this out. Like I said though, I could be wrong and if I am, I apologize.
