very very good. I always double but one batch at a time. last time I did not have bread dough and good old fashioned king arthur unbleached ap works just fine. I have even frozen mid process when kids realiZed they had activities and even frozen defrosted works great. I like to add "house seasoning" to the dough while mixing with a little less salt as it is in the house seasoning. In addition I always make in my kitchenaid mixer with hook attachment. I have it so might as well use it. processor gets enough use.

I had never made pizza dough. I had never used yeast! It was easy and turned out fabulous.

This is a great recipe however, dont try to double it unless you have ALOT of room to kneed it. It sort of becomes the massive blob and goes everywhere.
