This is a fantastic recipe and super easy. My 2 year old son can help. We eat it for dessert on family fun nights.

This was way too sweet. I felt sick after having half of a small portion. I could not finish it. If your REALLY like sweets loaded with sugar, then go for it. But if not, STAY AWAY.

I have 2 teenagers, and they have teenage friends. This tasty treat has been a winner whenever the house is full and the kids are hungry.

I have a Magic Bullet and have adapted the recipe somewhat so that the kids can quickly make this themselves and clean up quickly.

The most common reaction to this milkshake is "What's in this? Can I have the recipe?"

This shake is awesome! What a novel concept...cinnamon roll flavor.
The only drawbacks were that it was so extra-sweet and rich, almost to the point that you couldn't make yourself take that final few sips when you get down to the hunk of cream cheese frosting in the bottom of the glass, but we managed! And ours turned out runnier than we normally like our milkshakes. We first tried it using regular cheapo vanilla ice cream, so as not to waste money on ice cream just for the shakes, but they turned out very runny. Then we tried it again using "Schwan's" brand vanilla, which has always been a very "hard" ice cream, thinking that it would make the shakes thicker.
Still pretty runny, but not enough to keep us from making it again!
I didn't have cream cheese on hand, so used prepared canned frosting, which was just fine.
I think also that the next time we make this recipe, I will let the pudding set longer before adding it to the shake...maybe that will help to thicken the consistency.
Overall, I would recommend this treat if you really want to indulge yourself in something extra sinful and delicious!

I have made this twice. The first time, I made the full-fat version as written and my husband and I loved it but we were moaning in pain afterward because of the richness. The second time, I used sugar-free, fat-free Jello Cheesecake pudding prepared with 1% milk and light ice cream. I omitted the cream cheese icing and instead topped it with a squirt of light whipped cream. Of course, it still had a lot of sugar from the caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar and ice cream, but it lightened it up enough to where I didn't feel like I was dying after consuming it. And it was still just as sinful and delicious tasting as the original. Give it a try!

This recipe is not that good. It might be better without the icing and the pudding. Don't waste your time making this milkshake

Like a cinnamon roll with a straw! This recipe is definitely a keeper.
