I DID NOT REALLY CARE FOR THIS RECIPE. THE BBQ SAUCE WAS NOT THAT GOOD TO ME . I LOVE THE NEELYS AND THERE SHOW BUT I THINK SOME THINGS ONLY TASTE GOOD WHEN DONE BY THE PROS.

I tried this when I made pulled pork and found out my rolls were stale.

This was good, I honestly never thought to stuff a potato with meat (except for bacon...lol!, but this is a meal in itself and tastes oh so yummy!!! BTW, I LOVE these two...they are so REAL and CHARMING!!!

This recipe is very easy to make and is wonderful. It proves that just about anything can be adapted to particular tastes and still come out a winner.
