This was delicous! My picky eaters and husband ate every last rib! I didn't have regular paprika so used my smoked paprika and it turned out lovely! Using the leftover sauce for the Neely's meatball recipe!

I tried this but not great. I need some help. I have the same grill/smoker as the neelys do on tv. How do I maintain my heat at 225?

OK I did add a TBS of garlic powder only because I love it. I used this rub on boneless skinless chicken thighs cooked on a charcoal grill and I gotta say this is a very good rub. I will do sauce next time.

I tried this as is and was a bit to bland for me. I added a tablespoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of cayenne. Needed some kick. Otherwise, great recipe!
