I've tried this recipe several times - It's fabulous every time and everyone LOVES it - I've made the dry rub and the sauce and used it on Ribs, Chicken, and Pork Shoulder - ALL WONDERFUL ! Had ribs and chicken for Father's Day for 15 and everyone RAVED about the great taste - and the bbq sauce was "to die for" ! Thanks, Neely Family !!!!

This recipe is one of the best bbq recipes I've tried and very easy also. I following it to the letter and the only thing i may change next time is to add some chopped garlic in the sauce. I will definately use this again and again.

Brooke - my mom always makes her ribs in the oven. If you follow the Neely's recipe using the oven instead of the grill the temp and cooking time should be about the same. Since they use an indirect cooking process the process is like using your grill as an oven! I hope you get this and it helps. By the way, I love the rib rub recipe, it is very good and makes the ribe very flavorful.

This is my first time making BBQ Ribs. I am not going to use a grill, I am going to cook them in the oven. Does anyone know how long to cook them for, on what temp, and whento add the BBQ sauce? THANK YOU

The ribs were perfect!!! The Neely's sauce was so thick and their seasoning tasted better than what my mom would put on it. They have created the best dish of spare ribs I have ever tasted in my life!!!!!!!!! If you come to NJ no ones ribs taste like that, it's a food masterpiece!!!!!

I really enjoy watching the Neely's show. They seem to do a ballet dance and appear so nice, courtyous and so in LOVE. I enjoy their recipes, love and show!
