I cooked these yesturday for a bunch of men! I made 3 slabs of the baby back ribs OMG they were AWESOME! They ate them all..... Need I say more.... I used the dry rub recipe and let them stay in the frig for 24hrs. Then I cooked them on the grill (this is the first time I've ever done this I usually slow cook them in the oven on 200 for hours then take them out and put bbq sauce on them and put them on the grill (boring. I did as suggested in-direct heat I have 5 burners I put the first and last on, med-low until the temp got to 275 and stayed there. I cooked them curl side up (rib bone up, for 2 hours then I noticed they were almost bending so I turned them for 15 mins. They were done and still moist I put bbq sauce on them and let them cook abit longer on both sides. (sorry didn't have time to make your bbq sauce I used baby ray's. But I will make the bbq sauce the next time I cook them... Awesome, Awesome and very YUMMY! Thanks Pat and Gina you guys are the bomb!

This is the second time I've used this recipe for ribs. I also bake mine in the oven until the meat falls off of the bone. I've never liked food that's charred in any way, shape, or form and this recipe conforms nicely to the oven. I like to substitute a nice spicy ground mustard for the dry and dark corn syrup for the light because I like my bbq SWEEEEET. An ounce converts to two tablespoons for the person who asked-just Google it! I've always had great results with any Neely recipe, (excluding the baked ziti, and this is no exception.

These ribs were wonderful. Made some with and some without the sauce. They were very good without it, but I put some on them anyway because it was so good.

For me the seasoning was all it needed. Sorry, I never even got to the sauce. I had these huge ribs, I cut grooves for better cooking time then I coated them with the seasoning and baked for 1 hr. @ 350 deg. flipping every 15 min. OMG soooo good and tender. Had this and the easy rice casserole, they were a perfect match!

The rib rub is fantastic and the ribs are the best. We haven't tried the sauce yet (I didn't have all the ingredients but I guarantee I'll be buying what I need for it tomorrow. My husband says this is the best rib rub we have EVER tried. Thanks so much, keep the BBQ recipes coming.

Have anyone tried baking these in the oven? I want to cook them for Christmas, but it's snowing where I live. If so, did you follow the recipe exactly or did you make adjustments? If you made adjustments what did you adjust?
