    I really liked this cake!! I only did two layers and I left out the pecans, but it still turned out great. I look for red velvet all over Miami, and I think this cake could hold up to some of my favorite stores.

    I made this cake for my sister-in-law's birthday. I gotta say, it was absolutely fabulous! It was so easy to make, it came out delicious and beautiful! If you just follow along with the directions and relax it really comes out just like paula's would.

    I've made this recipe before and it really wasn't good. Not much taste. I did overbake it a tiny bit, but it just wasn't good. If you are looking for a really good red velvet cake, Bakerella has an amazing recipe. It's not only my favorite red velvet, but my favorite cake. Google it!

    I made this for dessert and all of my family loved it! I will make this cake again. My mom even took a slice to work and gave some to her friend & she also loved it too!
