    When I saw this on the show, I just had to try i!!! It came out awesome. It was so creamy and cheesy just the way i like it!! The pancetta, delicioso!!!!

    I halfed the recipe and changed the pasta to penne. I also could not buy pancetta so purcuitto was used. We loved it and plan to use it again,

    This was one of the tastiest Mac and cheese recipes I have had. My wife and I went to the Tee Off Bar and Grill while in San Francisco and found the food to be great.
