Sure wish I had read the reviews before making this. I think the flour amount must be off probably by 1 cup. Sure wish Cathy Lowe would review this recipe and correct it cause I'm so disappointed!!!

Really awful, and surprising that FN would print such a recipe from a professional! Way too much brown sugar. Just turned out mushy, ruined my nice peaches!

Crumble on top not the right consistancy. Proportions not right at all, or the measurements were printed wrong. Way too much butter.

This is just what I was looking for! Craving peach cobbler but with no baking powder in the house, decided to give this a try - and it was fab!! She spelled "coarse" wrong, but that doesn't kill the taste! ;-

I didn't try this recipe. I just read it, and read the reviews. Folks, peach cobbler is supposed to have either a cake-like topping or a biscuit topping. This might be a crisp (and a mighty poor one at that, but a cobbler, it's not.
