We won't go on and on about how rich in beta-carotene, potassium and vitamin C this smoothie is. Instead, we'll just say that it's as close as you can get to a fresh peach cobbler without turning on your oven. Serve it was a couple of ginger crisps and see for yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat evaporated milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened chopped or sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup peach sorbet
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground allspice

Directions

Combine the yogurt and evaporated milk in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
