Ingredients
- 4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 crepes
Directions
In bowl combine peaches, sugar and a squirt of lemon. Toss to combine. Spread sour cream over crepe. Top with peaches. Fold into quarters and serve.
