I made this recipe but added 1 1/2 stick of butter instead to moisten them up. I also took another reviewers advice and cooked for 12 minutes.

Big hit and my friends request them often.
    Thanks again Food Network

The peanut butter taste is barely noticeable in these cookies. They also turned out hard, even when I lessened the baking time. I wont be making this recipe again.

Easy to make. I had only salted butter on hand and had worried that the cookies would turn out too salty but they were rich and had a very good texture - not too hard, not too chewy either. More of a crumbly sort of cookie.

I also made some into jam-filled thumbprint cookies for a peanut-butter-&-jam-like fix.

Fantastic, the best peanut butter cookies I've ever had, and I made them! I don't bake, but these proved to me that maybe there's hope for me yet!!

The recipe is simple to make, with all the ingredients you already have in your kitchen (no extra shopping. You can make them at any time, and the moistness is fantastic!!

Easy to make, when rolling not to sticky or messy and a breeze to get off of cookie sheet. All I did was add two shakes of cinnamon and 1/5 cup of brown sugar and it was great. I definately reccomend this recipe!

This is just what I want in a peanut butter cookie. This one isn't chewy, it's the way I like it. More on the crunchy side
