Sorry, but this recipe was just too dry. I even had a hard time rolling the dough into balls without it falling apart. And after cookies it seemed to dissolve into powder when I bit into it! I don't think this one is a keeper, unless you plan to have lots of milk around to help it down!

These were so easy to make....I just devoured 3 of them straight out of the oven! I followed the advice of another reviewer and reduced the salt to 1/4 tsp. and I also tried adding a splash of milk-about 2 tsp. next time I'll try adding a bit of brown sugar.Definately yummy!!

Good flavor, little on the dry side. Like a moister cookie. You know chewy!
