It was one of the best peanut butter fudge recipes I've had and my husband who is not really a fudge eater loved it! I found it easy to make and thought it tasted even better after letting it sit for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

This was my first time making fudge, and it got pretty rave reviews. It was also easy to make, especially with the paddle attachment on the mixer. Side note: it did take a long time for the fudge to reach 238 degrees ---- the mixture hovered at 230 for around 12 minutes before it slowly edged its way to the next notch on the thermometer. Being a first time fudge maker, this part scared me just a bit. My one issue with this fudge is that I can taste the molasses in it (accounting for the 2 cups of brown sugar. I have deep taste buds, so nobody else in my family could detect that particular aftertaste, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Otherwise, I really liked the dreamy taste with just a hint of PB and the melt-in-my-mouth consistency of this fudge. I will make it again.

I thought this recipe was pretty good. It was a little dry appearing and it is a misnomer to call it peanut butter fudge when there is cocoa in it. Next time, I will just mix in softened peanut butter by hand to see if it appears less dry. It tasted pretty good regardless.

The directions were easy to follow and the fudge turned out AMAZING! I used dark cocoa powder for more of a peanut butter chocolate taste. The fudge is so creamy and delicious. I love that this recipe doesn't use marshmallows or sweetened condensed milk. This is an old fashioned type fudge recipe that's sure to please the entire family.

I've been on a fudge-making kick lately but I've never made peanut butter fudge until today. I followed the directions pretty closely, but did add a good but more peanut butter (nearly a cup total because I was making it for my husband, who loves peanut butter.
I found the recipe to be very easy to follow and it turned out perfectly, even with the extra PB. I stirred it with my stand mixer, which I will do always from now on. (Who knows why I didn't sooner! I also appreciated that all of the ingredients were items I always have on hand, whereas I don't usually have the chocolate (or other type chips and marshmallow fluff called for in other recipes.
I think I even prefer this recipe to all-chocolate fudge, so it makes the whole family happy!

This is a really good recipe except if you are a peanut butter lover add more peanut butter. I just add 2 big heaping spoonfuls and that is just about right (big serving spoonfuls
