I personally do NOT like peas but I made this for my nephew and he ate the entire bowl. Said they were delicious!!!!

Another hit. My 2 and 6 year olds gobbled it up- to get kids to eat peas is a treat! Served this with the lemon chicken and my husband said this is his new favorite dinner- its a family pleaser. I too used frozen peas.

I will concur with Jmedmonson. Prepared this dish for my wife's BD party last night (7/24/12 after watching it on the show. It was the hit of the evening with a chicken picata dish and chicken broth infused Jasmin rice. Thanks for sharing it! I used fresh frozen peas in a bag.

Frank and Ina, thank you for sharing this recipe. I made it last night (X4 for a large dinner party. It was wonderful! I had to use thawed frozen peas but they worked great! The dish had great depth of flavor but retained a lightness that was perfect for a Florida summer dinner party.
