This is a fantastic recipe, easy to make and great flavors. It doesn't need the sauce as it is just as good without it. Even the "I'm-not-eat'in-fish" daughter loved it.

The flavors in this recipe are perfect, the pecans and rosemary really complement the mild flavor of the trout. I skipped the horseradish sauce for the fish, it tasted great without it and didn't need the extra calories.

Wow!
The flavors in this recipe are awesome. Use half the salt in the vinaigrette, as the watercress is naturally spicy already. We desserted this dinner with bread pudding and Starbucks. MMMMM MMMMM!
