Pecorino Romano Mashed Potatoes
- 8 medium potatoes, cut, boiled and mashed
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
In a large mixing bowl, mash together the potatoes, butter, Romano cheese, milk and nutmeg.
