    I have made this dish a couple times now and it is delicious. It tastes better if you let it sit for a bit before eating, so all the flavors can get soaked up and blend together.

    If you like shrimp... USE THE CLAM JUICE. Inadvertantly left this simmering together (firm, drained pasta poured right into the shrimp sauce, and the penne soaked up the sauce and... HEAVENLY. The sweetness of the shrimp just sings! Looking forward to making it again.

    Delicious! I made it for Christmas dinner for my husband! And he ate seconds later that night. Then a week later I made it for my parents who also loved it!

    Outstanding dish! The whole family loved it. You may want to double the sauce if you like extra. Added sun dried tomatoes in addition to canned and it was great.

    Husband approved! Once you put the cooked noodles in, it soaks up the sauce so it wasn't watery at all like the other posts said. Chicken broth worked fine but I can see how clam juice would be good too. Definitely a remake!

    I made this for my in-laws the other night and they raved! It was one of the best dinners I've cooked. Giada, you're a genius. Easy and fabulous. Nice.
