I made this because my son is on this kick where he wants to try new recipes and he loves shrimp and pasta so I looked up a recipe and this sounded good.
Can I just say that this was the best pasta dish I have ever made and everyone just loved it. I didn't have all the fresh herbs so I used dried and it was still delicious and had just enough heat to it. My niece just happened to stop by and she had a bite and she just loved it and asked for the recipe herself and just couldn't stop talking about it to everyone in the family. She said it was better then anything she has ever ordered out. Anyway just wanted to let you know that you should give this recipe a try you will not be sorry.

I didn't add any white wine, but the flavor still turned out wonderful! Done it with fettucini noodles as well. Usually it takes me a while to cook everything until it's to my standards, but with this dish you can just quickly throw it together for a nice dinner that it looks like it took hours to make!

I've made this 3 times within the last month...It's is sooooo good, and full of flavor. I had trouble at frist with the sauce not thickening up too, BUT, thats because I looked over and saw that I had forgotten to ad the parmesean cheese to the sauce, and once I did, the sauce thickend up nicely. I followed the recipe exactly as written, except I added a few more red pepper flakes than the recipe calls for, and it was DEElicious! This is definately a keeper! Thanks Giada!

Made this pasta as one of my main dishes for Christmas this year. It was fantastic all 15 of my guest loved it.
I did make a few changes I doubled the recipe andI cooked the red pepper flakes in the oil with the garlic first and added my shrimp to that.
After that I followed the recipe to the letter for the rest of it however, I added some shredded asiago cheese to the pasta to give it a little more flavor at the end before serving. I tossed some in and then put some on top with the parm.
This is a great crowd pleasing recipe and excellent for entertaining.
Thank you Giada your recipe made me look like a great cook.

This is a good and spicy recipe with a lot of flavor. It would not be too difficult to throw together once you get used to making it and have the ingredients on hand. However, the sauce didn't thicken up at all, even after letting it sit for awhile (that's why I gave it only 4 stars. It is great as a leftover - like other reviewers noticed as well.

My family likes spicy foods so I doubled the crushed red pepper. It was great!

I've made this twice in the past week. The sauce is a bit thin, but after letting it sit for a bit it thickens nicely. The leftovers are DEVINE! Yummy, light, creamy flavor - so fun & easy to prepare.

I'm always on the look out for a new shrimp-pasta recipe so I gave this one a shot. I tried this dish twice because I thought I did something wrong the first time. The dish did not have a good balance of flavors and the ingredients were in the wrong proportions. Definately disappointing.

Made this recipe just as written. It is unbelieveable in its taste. Best shrimp recipe I have ever made! Even the smell of this dish was delightful later on after we ate...I wanted more. Yum, yum!!! No need to alter this recipe (which I often do, great just as written.
