I don't know if I did something wrong but it was really hard to work the dough. Maybe next time.............

Made these for the grandchildren today. They went together pretty easy, rolled nicely and cooked very well. The kids loved them although they were pretty top-heavy and some of them fell off of the sticks when the kids tried to eat them. I told them to take them off the sticks and eat them like a regular cookie. My lollipop sticks were 8" long and about 1/4" in diameter, the hard rolled paper type like the ones on tootsie pops. Perhaps with thicker sticks these would stay together. If I made them again I would just leave off the sticks.
