- 15 fresh organic spearmint leaves
- 2 small pieces fresh hot pepper
- For garnish:
- Mint leaves, for garnish
- Finely chopped red bell pepper, for garnish
- Avocado slices, for garnish

Remove avocado flesh from the skin and add with all the remaining ingredients to the BlendTec blender using button number 3. Garnish with mint leaves, finely chopped red bell pepper and avocado.
