No typo. The beef portion is going to make many sandwiches (6 oz of meat each and the remaining ingredients is to make just one.

If Ms. Boston would have read the recipe, the onion & peppers are for ONE SANDWICH! There is no measurement given for the chicken base - just rub the 22 pounds of beef with it.
