Let's Begin

Start by prepping your potato: Use a large, brown russet potato. Wash the skin, dry it, then coat the entire potato with olive oil and kosher sea salt. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees F or until tender.

Taco Baked Potato

Prepare the inside of the baked potato as mashed potatoes and stick five or six tortilla chips in the back. Fill with meat of your choice, lettuce, diced tomatoes and red onions, cheddar cheese and salsa. Serve with a side of sour cream and avocado slices.

Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dog Baked Potato

Twice-bake the potato, then fill with a bacon-wrapped hot dog and top with grilled red and green bell pepper and onion fixings. Add garlic mustard for extra kick.

One Potato, Two Potato, Three Potato, Baked Potato

This potato within a potato is stuffed with potato chips, hash browns and french fries, then topped with Sriracha sauce and a generous helping of blue cheese crumbles.

Bacon and Eggs for Breakfast Baked Potato

Slice the baked potato in half, scoop out the inside and prepare it as mashed potatoes. Refill the potato skin, leaving a shallow hole in the middle. Crack a small egg into the hole, sprinkle with chives and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees F until the egg sets. Next, stick three half-slices of crispy bacon into the potato and add a spoonful of hash browns on the side.

Savory Apple Pie Baked Potato

Twice-bake your potato, then pile it high with a savory apple compote made with fresh apples, honey, butter, and salt and pepper. Top with cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream and chives.

Turkey Dinner Baked Potato

Prepare the mashed potato filling, then cram the potato with green beans, four thick slices of oven-roasted turkey and some cranberry sauce, and garnish with a roll and butter.
